Today I placed a Timmy Stone at one of my most favorite locations in nature . It’s called Brighton Dam. I absolutely LOVE it here! I took a few photographs and a video to illustrate the absolute beauty of this area. In the first photo there are lovely and adorable geese relaxing in the summer sun and floating along the cool water. I just know that Timmy will love his new friends! In the second picture there is a gorgeous tree, that stands to protect with its strong branches and abundance of leaves. The third photo shows Timmy’s new immediate home! I placed his stone on a large rock right on the water. The water is fresh, clear, and moves at a soft and gentle speed. Little fish swim by, they are so neat to watch. Our next photo shows a broader perspective of Timmy’s new immediate area. The nature here is simply stunning! I gaze up this hill often and into the beautiful blue sky… Being one with nature here at Brighton Dam is a healing experience, and I am so happy to introduce Timmy to one of my favorite places. The last photo I had taken is a from a poem entitled “God’s Garden” by Dorothy Frances Gurney. The poem is on a sign here at Brighton Dam. It reads:
The kiss of the sun for pardon
The song of the birds for mirth
One is nearer to God’s heart in a garden
Than anywhere else on Earth
How fitting for this special soul, Timmy. Timmy has always brightened my day, and energetically this is one of the brightest places I know. Placing a Timmy Stone overlooking the water, immersed within a gorgeous and nurturing environment seemed like a lovely idea. I’ve always come to this area to read, to write, to meditate, to absorb nature’s invigorating and yet calming energy. Now I can come here to visit Timmy as well!
